 The most beautiful lady of Taraz has gotten the crown of “Miss of Taraz” and now she is preparing to the National final of the contest, which will be conducted in the end of the current 2011 year in Almaty city. There the Misses and the Vice-Misses of the regions will get a chance not only to be awarded by the crown of the winner, but also to get a unique prize from the general sponsor Mary Kay – the precious necklace made from the white gold with 37 brilliants.
The winners held hardly their excitement and gave the brief interviews.
“Miss of Taraz 2011” Asem Alchibayeva:
- I prepared to become the best! I’m happy, I don’t believe, that I’m the best! It is my first victory! I want to win in the same way, to be persistent! I consider that my diligence and wish to be the best in everything will help me to achieve my dream – I want to bring the beauty in the world!
“The Second Vice-Miss of Taraz 2011” Aygerim Abisheva:
- I’m just 16 years-old, however I have been able to become the one of the winners! I’m jumping from the joy! There are a lot of happiness, pride! It is my dream, and I’ll do everything, in order to achieve it! I understand that I must work hard and improve myself, develop till I get the perfect condition. In the future I want to bring the joy to the people, succeed in everything, I want to become a specialist with the high salary.
“Mary Kay’s Miss of Taraz 2011” Nurmash Yenlik:
- I thank for the title, my head’s spinning from the happiness! I want to become a model! I want to be a good friend, to have a lot of money and travel.

-All the participants are very beautiful, to define the best one immediately was impossible, and just “The Evening” contest defined the winner. May be, for the participants everything was difficult - the first time on the big stage. It was necessary to demonstrate the beautiful defile, to be graceful, to show the choreography and also to conceal the excitement, which’s a characteristic of everybody. However, I consider that the beauties from Taraz have the chances to fight for the title of “Miss of Kazakhstan 2011”.
There were the representatives of the town’s Akimat, large model agencies and the representatives of the general sponsor Mary Kay company.

 Not giving the examples of the too straight analogies with the expressions of the thief, whose name’s Miloslavskiy, from the legendary Gaiday’s comedy, it is possible to notice: practically all the citizens of Astana, who visited the fair, acclaimed the same. The accurate under the walls of the Khan Shatyr the ancient Taraz pitched its tents. And they were full of the food, the price of which surprised pleasantly the local city dwellers.
In total, our producers of the agricultural goods brought 36 tons of the meat, over four tons of the sausages and dairy, fish and honey; also, 124 tons of the fertile and vegetable production, 20 tons of the watermelons and melons. The price of them is lower as minimum on the 15-20% than the capital’s prices, therefore, the trade has been very brisk since the opening of the fair.
The dwellers of Moynkum district from the “Zholaman” peasant house-keeping sold only meat in one of the first tents. Moreover, 1 kg of the horse meat costed 964 tenge, the beef – 900 and mutton – 800 tenge. The residents of Talas district
from “Bagzhan” peasant house-keeping put the same prices.
The long row of the merchant tents finishes by a small café on the open air, where Alisher Usmanov conjures up the food over a big stew-pan.
- We have brought all the products with us, hardly you would taste such pilaff and kebab here, - he declares with the proud. A long queue forms immediately in the confirmation of his words: the fragrant pilaff, the stick of the kebab, how can the capital’s gourmets resist?..
The performance of the artists of “Alatau” began on the improvised stage at that time. The bright sun, wonderful songs, suitable prices – what else is necessary for the arrangement of the qualitative agricultural shopping?
The high-ranking guests, Kanat Saudabayev - the State secretary accompanied by Imangaly Tasmagambetov - the akim of the capital, came to enquire the prices of Zhambyl’s production. They walked, tutted by the tongues with delight, but, in result, they didn’t buy anything. However, Saudabayev answered the questions of the journalists; moreover, he emphasized that Zhambyl region’s Days of the culture in Astana are a major event in the city’s life. Particularly at a such thorough organization of the affair.
Kanat Bozumbayev, the akim of Zhambyl region, told the same in his interview to the republican press uprightly on the fair’s territory: - The hundreds of the farmers brought the ecologically clean production, which was grown by their own hands, including also the meat. Our region produces over 650 hundred tons of the fruit and vegetables each year. All the production was delivered in the necessary condition, with the observation of all the technologies.
The Head of the region also added, that the raise of the agricultural industry constituted 15 %, the new projects in the agrarian and industrial departments of the economy are prepared for the start.
At the first day the delegation of Zhambyl region by the leading of Kanat Bozumbayev put flowers to the monuments of Zhambyl Zhabayev and Baurzhan Momyshuly. Many our countrymen, including the Khalyk Kakharmany (the National Hero) Bakhytzhan Yertayev, the artists Tungyshbay Zhamankulov and Asanaly Ashimov, the deputies.
The pupils of the secondary school №4, named after Zhambyl Zhabayev, came to take a bow for the memory of the steppe’s great akyn. However, during the process of the putting flowers to the monument of Baurzhan Momyshuly, the unpleasant detail became clear: there is no any school, named after Baurzhan Momyshuly in Astana. Asemay Bimendina, the chief of the administration of the education of Astana city, assured that the problem is on the stage of the solution.
Kanat Bozumbayev also visited a meeting with the editors-in-chief of the republican press, where he told about the perspectives of the region’s development,
the nearest steps of the State power for the advancement of the region’s socio-economic potential.
In the second half of the day in the Palace of the Peace and Consent the exhibition of the national house-keeping was conducted, where Kanat Bozumbayev, the akim of Zhambyl region, demonstrated to the President of the country the results, which were achieved during 20 years of the independence, and the new projects, the mission of which is to lead Zhambyl region on the trajectory of the stable growth, he talked about the implement of the programmes of development of the education, health protection, culture, tourism and business.
The Head of the state acquainted with the prepared exposition. Kanat Bozumbayev reported him about the dynamics of the economic, social and humanitarian development in the region.
Then in the Opera hall of the Palace of the Peace and Consent a gala concert, organized by all three regions, was conducted. Moreover, the orchestra, which was collected from the musicians of three regions, performed a classic repertoire. Though, the difficult works of art were performed practically looking on the page, they sounded irreproachable. It is worth to mark that Aynur Sadenova, the chief of the regional administration of the culture, didn’t stay aside and played solo the violin.
The party evening was amazing; the President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev presented a big basket of the flowers to each artist. The grateful spectators filled the whole hall, they took artists’ leave standing with the ovations and long applauses. In general, Astana was submitted.

 The fans could see these attractive fights in the live broadcast on the 20th of August on the channels "KTK" and "Astana". The best wrestlers of the country decided to measure their strength for the main prize, the amount of which was 150 thousands of dollars.
Our Beybyt overpowered five competitors and fought in the final of the tournament versus Ulan Ryskul, a wrestler from Kyzylorda. Unfortunately, Beybyt lost in the equal fight, though, certainly, he had chances to win. Nevertheless, to become the second in such the honoured tournament is not a very bad result. The prize for the wrestler is 30 thousands of dollars for the achievement, and the prize for Yeldos Dalabayev, the coach of Beybyt, is 10 thousands of dollars.
The akim of the region Kanat Bozumbayev received a sportsman last Tuesday, congratulated him and presented a special gift. The head of the region emphasized that Beybyt is from the village. He is a double champion of Asia, the silver prizewinner and the champion of the World, a Kazakh wrestling master of the international sports class. It means, that the correct work of the coach makes it possible to find the talents and in villages.
Immediately after the meeting, Beybyt talked to our correspondent about his impressions of the tournament.
-Tell, how can the fellow from the village achieve the success in the big-time sports?

- I was born in Boltirik village Talas district, I joined to the Kazakh wrestling section in 2002 year, trained under the direction of Yeldos Dalabayev. For the first time I took part in the competitions of the sports contest in Moynkum district and became the first at once. It was a bit unexpected for me, but at that time I understood, that I could contend for something more. Exactly, the faith in myself and a psychological approach of the coach made it possible to achieve the success hereafter.

- On the last tournament, there was deficient a little bit for the victory. On the awards ceremony you looked very upset...
- First of all, it is necessary to note, that the idea of the given tournament is splendid. Not only the fighters of the Kazakh wrestling, but also the judoists, wrestlers of the free and Greek-Roman styles partcipated in the tournament. The atmosphere on the tournament was not worse that on the championships: at the definite moment it seemed to me, that I was on the Olympiad. On the other hand, I disposed myself to the wrestling, tried to concentrate on the fights, because I felt, that I was able to win the tournament. However, in the decisive moments I was not lucky. Yes, it is regrettable, since there was only one step to the victory. It would be easier, if I lost obviously, without any questions. But some people are still talking, that the referees were on the side of my competitor, and it makes me upset very much.
- In order to distract yourself from the loss, it is necessary to prepare for the next competitions, isn't it?
- Certainly, the last three years I have gone in for judo, I'm a memder of the national team of the Republic. Soon in Almaty The World Championship will start, where will be clear, who will get the Olympic licences to London. We'll prepare.
-How do you intend to spend your prize money?
- My parents will make a decision, I have already given the money to them. I'm very grateful for them for my destiny. Also I want to express my gratitude to my coach, who's believed in me and still believes.

 Kanat Bozymbayev, the akim of Zhambyl region, has emphasized, that nowadays the stress is on the long-term perspectives, and it is necessary to comprehend correctly, that the engagement of the legionaries in the club of Taraz is not the right decision. That's why the correct decision is a training of a local oncoming generation for Taraz's own football staff.
- Zhambyl region is well-known for the famous sportsmen, including the footballers who were born in the villages. I have confidence, that eventually our efforts will be justified,- the akim of Zhambyl region said.
Meanwhile, Mikhail Gurman, Kazakhstan's vice-president of republican football federation has noted, that the mass construction of the children's sports-grounds in Zhambyl region is the instance for the imitation for the rest of the regions. He has assured that the republican federation will give the full support to the region, particularly, in the near future it will organize the teaching of the children's coaches. The complete sets of the balls and sporting uniforms were presented to the local boys as the gifts of the akim of Zhambyl region and the regional football federation. Next year the regional programmе of the children's-youthful football development will be continued. In the process of its realization 20 more similar sports-grounds will be built.

 Karim Kokrekbayev – the first deputy of the akim of the Zhambyl region , and Bekbolat Orynbekov-the akim of Taraz city presented the keys of the new flats to the first settlers-young families, state servers, workers of the budget organizations and institutions. A good 5-storey-house consists of fifteen 1-room-flats, forty 2-room-flats and fifteen 3-room-flats.
