 - Probably, in the 90th years of last century some lines of the communication were laid, the trenches were digged, - Dmitri Voyakin, the doctor of the historical sciences, the director of “The Archaeological expertise” CRR comments the last “surprise”. – It was clear, that dwellers organized their life without looking under the ground and supposing that there were the layers of another culture… On the other hand, we are glad that there is a market here. If the apartment building were situated here instead of the market, there would leave nothing of the pit. In the given situation the market preserved the ancient city. Among the things, which were excavated from under the ground there were seven tyurgesh’s coins, found in the 2–metre depth; the fragments of the ceramics. – The ceramics is very interesting, it is glazed, with “Allah blesses the holder of this bowl” Arabic inscription, - Dmitri admired with the discovered things. - At the same place we found the ceramics with the drawn Nestorian cross. It is the bright evidence that people of the different religious confessions lived in the XI-XII centuries in Taraz, moreover, they existed peacefully. Certainly, there were the Buddhists also, the sources attested about it. And the specialists found the copper coins on the floor of one of the rooms, when they digged the shurfs - the base of the canopy. According to the words of Voyakin, particularly the shurfs - the base of the canopy, became a lock’s keyhole; the archaeologists looked at another epoch through it. Of course, the last word is after the expertise. But the archaeologists know exactly that a lower layer appeared earlier than the epoch, which was discovered previously.
We are still standing on the 1-metre depth. There the lives of Taraz dwellers progressed 800 years ago. And now, there are so many interesting things, it is possible to invite the crowds of the idlers to the excursion even now. But only the representatives of the press are here now, the archaeologist with the long length of service temporarily became a guide for them.
-Absolutely not long time ago we found the base of some building, it was possible to define the location of the wall and rooms by it, -Voyakin told.- They were dated with XI-XII centuries with the consideration of that there was a dense soil, which attested that there weren’t any excavations of a later time. Moreover, the brickwork of the classic eastern bath – khamam- with the under floor system of the heating belongs to the same period. Here the pipes of the water supply system – kubur- are seen, the people were supplied with water through it preserved. Several days earlier the sphere cones – the special vessels, were found; the means for rubbing, and fragrances were preserved in them. Relevantly, the baths of such sample were put deeply in the ground, in order to keep the warmth and save the heat providing channels, which were built of the bricks. At the first brickwork the traces of the waterproof solution –kyr, which were destined to not allow to the water to flow under the floor, were preserved. We are sending it on the analysis. It is possible that the described in the sources a composition of the kyr – is the mixture of the grapes patoka, coals, cinders, clay.
The archaeologists are sure: in the close future they will touch with live antiquity, which will tell about the life of the medieval Taraz. However, a lot of things are done now. Except the mentioned discoveries, a jug was found, supposing, it laid in the medieval rubbish scramble. – It is a treasure for us – the archaeologists. Certainly, the value of the antiquity – is special, - our interlocutor said.

 Gani – is a double champion of the country, a prize-winner of Asia championship and world championship among the students of last year, whose coach is the senior coach of the region Nurlan Akurpekov, has become the owner of the bronze medal in the light weight and license to the Olympic games of 2012.
It was not easy to get the third prize degree. The quite strong sportsmen, including many-times winners of the national championships, prize-winners of the international tournaments and championships of Asia, the champion of the world and even the Olympic champion were the competitors of G. Zhaylauov. Thus, Phelix Tsoy, the adviser of the president of the regional box federation, the coach of the regional specialized children’s-youthful sports school of the Olympic reserve № 6, supposed that the fact that Gani Zhaylauov, who had no significant experience in the large starts, became the third in the final tournament’s table, was a significant achievement. The experienced coach, who had trained the Olympic prize –winner Bolat Zhumadilov, was quite satisfied with the performance of Gani Zhaylauov.
According to his words, the staff of the coaches of Zhambyl region, certainly, was waiting for two licenses of our representatives, however, unfortunately, Olzhas Sattibaev, the follower of Murat Abimselimov, who previously had given the reasons to talk about him like about the boxer with the great future (in 2005 he won the championship among the cadets, and in 2009 he became the champion of Kazakhstan and the bronze prize – winner of the championship of Asia), couldn’t justify the hopes. At the first meeting the boxer from Zhambyl region won Abdelfattakh Nafil, the boxer from Marocco, but he lost at the second qualifying fight. Before the fight versus Olzhas an Irish sportsman Michael Conlan announced that after his victory on the championship of Ireland, in his opinion, the strongest championship all over the world, he could win everybody and everywhere. Kazakhstan’s boxer O. Sattibayev, who had lost only …one point to his opponent, almost refuted his words!
As a supervisor of Zhambyl region’s box Phelix Tsoy said, O.Sattibayev had a real opportunity to win a license to London. But one more licensing tournament in Astana lies ahead, there the champion of Kazakhstan of last year Ilyas Suleymenov, who has become the second in Asia this year, will be the competitor of Zhambyl’s boxer. According to the appreciations of Phelix Tsoy, the capital’s boxer is more experienced than our sportsman.
Phelix Tsoy commented: “If we talked in general about the performance of Kazakhstan’s team on the Baku’s ring, then it was a big drawback that our sportsmen could get none golden medal. On the other hand, the appearance of this year was more lucky than those, which was two years ago in Chicago, when the national team in the name of Serik Sapiyev, the present captain of the team, won only one bronze award. This time our sportsmen have returned with two bronze and two silver medals”.

Their children have still been studying two relays in the schools, which have been arranged in the constructions built in the 50th years of the last century. The new schools, each of which was designed for 150 places, were constructed by the standard – type projects. The light wide classrooms, sports and ceremony’s halls, workrooms of the labour education, a canteen – there’s everything necessary for the schools. The akim of the region congratulated the teachers, pupils and all those present on the house-warming and wished the achievements in the studies. The aksakals of Koshek batyr village thanked the Head of the state and said that they got the confidence for the future of their grandchildren now; henceforth they would study in a so wonderful school. And in Tamabek village the representatives of the elders talked about their old problem: there was no natural gas. The akim of the region has replied to the aksakals that the laying of the gas pipes is set at the present time, and in January the blue fuel will already appear in the houses of Tamabek village’s dwellers. In the close future in the village the roads will be repaired and the kindergartens will be opened. Further the Head of the region familiarized with the course of a preparation to the coming cold season of the boiler house of “The Igilik” Multiprofiled enterprise” the state communal enterprise. The boiler house was built in the 60th years of the last century and it had already twice worked out its resource. Rashid Seydaliyev, the director of the enterprise, gave a report on the conditions of the affairs. The replacement of the heat block system was carried out; the cellars of three apartment buildings were repaired. The boiler house uses the natural gas during the work , and for the occurrence of the unforeseen situations there are 456 tons of the fuel oil in presence. This amount is enough to provide a stable heat supply. The repair works of the multistorey apartment buildings’ roofs in Karatau are conducted. The new roofs have appeared on 13 apartment buildings. Kanat Bozumbayev inspected the 4-storey blocks of flats on Aliya Moldagulova street, which were built in 1964, and he appreciated the value of them. The works were executed by the “Kozhadar”, “Stroymaster”, “AKM”, and the “Karatau zholdary” CRR as the sponsoring assistance. The dwellers of the blocks of flats are grateful for the arrangement of more comfortable flats. The meeting of the akim of the region with the employees of the apparatus of Talas district’s branch of the “Nur Otan” National-democratic party took place in the business situation. The chairman of the district’s branch of the party, the akim of the district Aytkazy Karabalayev showed a new office to Kanat Bozumbayev, where he had removed this year. A necessary material-technical base, which gives an opportunity to realize the works of the decision of the specified purposes of the party, is created here. At present, the district’s branch unites 5596 supporters of the “Nur Otan” National-democratic party. The social council of the prevention of the corruption and the commission of the party’s control of the “Nur Otan” National-democratic party’s district branch work actively. In the area of their attention – the course of the realization of the state social programmes. The clean and green Karatau noticeably becomes more attractive with all modern conveniences. The park of the culture and rest works here, there is a stadium, where “Lashin” football team carries out the trainings and the local dwellers play sports. One more place of interest, the park of the 20th anniversary of the Independence, mounted up to these popular places of the rest. Aytkazy Karabalayev, the akim of the district showed a new object to Kanat Bozumbayev. At present a territory of one hectare is restricted by the forged metal fence. There are alleys, lawns and flower-beds, the little architectural forms are set, there is also the lighting. The fir-trees will be planted in the closest future. There is no doubt, that the park will be one of the favourite places of the rest of the Karatau’s dwellers and guests of the town. In the course of the working trip the akim of the region Kanat Bozumbayev emphasized the positive work of the social climate’s improvement in the district and gave an errand of the effective realization of the state programmes to the akim of the district. 

About over 200 of pupils of five age categories overcame a distance in one kilometre on the roller skates. The masters of the street basketball (the streetball) were competing at the same time.
And “The Academy of the street dances”, “Tarsu.kz” dancing groups of the break-dance, Nurs, Aida, Asel solo-dancers and the others cleared up, who was the best of all at the art of the dance. The parents and the girls –fans encouraged them.
The most active participants got the cups, the diplomas and memorable prizes from the organizators. However, the atmosphere of the festival of the sport was the best award, when the participants could appreciate the skills of each other, charge with the positive and rest with the use for the health.
 

 The first half of the tournament was carried out by the Olympic system, after that the half of the participants was eliminated. The commands of the CNS and “Bayzak zhastary” competed in the final round. The representatives of Bayzak district became the winners of the tournament. They were awarded by the cup, the main prize of the tournament, and the diplomas. “The CKA-South” command, which was one of the tournament’s favourites, won the third prize degree. The prize-winners and the best players were awarded by the valuable prizes.
“The CKA-South” and “Bayzak zhastary” are the amateur commands. Among the participants there were also the commands from the regional departments of the custom-house, the DIA, the CNS and etc. The game of the amateur footballers with the ex-players of the “Taraz” FC, today’s veterans of the regional football, was a pleasant surprise for all participants.
