In the eve of the Day of the aged the Governor of the North-Kazakhstan region, Serik Bilyalov, met with the veteran organization of the regional akim’s machinery.
Opening the meeting the Governor reminded that the Day of the Aged is celebrated on October, 1 during many years.
“This date is not reminding about their age to the aged people, but a nice possibility to say kind words to You – to our fathers and mothers, war and labour veterans, pensioners for contribute to our region development, for many-years labour, kindness and wisdom!” – Serik Bilyalov said.
On September, 17 there was carried out a charitable cleaning in the frames of the event. This cleaning carried out in the year of the Kazakhstan Independence, united people of different nationalities, representatives of all generations.
The Governor thanked veterans for courage, energy and presented pecuniary prizes.
 

The ceremonial meeting was hold in the regional drama theatre named after N.Pogodin in Petropavlovsk devoted to the50th jubilee of the “Petropavlovsk heavy engineering plant” joint-stock company. Serik Bilyalov the Governor of the region congratulated the workers.
The Governor noted that the Petropavlovsk heavy engineering plant has its history. It is the main investor of the region on building of social and cultural objects. More 30 years the plant output complex defense equipment. There were produced equipment in sum 22 mlrd.tg.
Today the “PHEP” SJC is a participant of the RK Defense Ministry programs on modernization of armament and military techniques.
 

The Governor have visited the Taiynsha area where he got acquainted with harvesting campaign. The “Kovylinoe” Ltd. Threshed 23 centners on average, more tan half of fields have been harvested.
Serik Bilyalov met with workers of the “Polyana” Ltd. and interested with work conditions.
 

Every resident of Petropavlovsk interested in question about the Northern sewerage manifold reconstruction. Serik Bilyalov said that reconstruction paces leave much to be desired.
- If four contracting organizations work they should lay approximately 130 meters of pipes. We can have not enough time for finishing because we have only three months for carrying out of the main volume of work. The main work must be done in October, - the Governor said. Contractors intend to lay 10 pipes per day with 120 meters of total length.
Reliability and durability of materials using for reconstruction of new manifold are also the main questions which interest the residents. Specialists say that period of exploitation is not less 50 years and durability is guaranteed by material of construction – glass-plastic.

The mobile exhibition and lecture complex is delivered to the station of Petropavlovsk of South-Ural railroad. It is a project started by the “Russian railroads” company for demonstration of Russian innovational achievements and technologies. The train leaves from Reague railway station in Moscow.
The Governor of the region Serik Bilyalov welcomed visitors on the presentation of the mobile exhibition and lecture complex. The Governor noted that the idea to present innovational projects on railroad branch development of the leading Russian and foreign companies met with approval of industrial enterprises of our region.
Scale models of the modern railway equipment, video, documents, graphics and diagrams allowed to tell about railroad.
More than 16,000 people visited the exposition for the first month of work. 35% of them are youths and children. More 800 people visited it in Petropavlovsk including not only railroad workers but pupils of schools and colleges, students of universities, residents of the city.
