Providing children with pre-school education, dwelling constructing, well-furnishing of the regional centre are the questions which were discussed at the conference of the 42nd session of the city maslihat.
 

Processing centre allowing automatically fix breaches of speed order by participants of moving works in the North-Kazakhstan region. There was alloted about 160 mln.tenge for this system starting from the regional budget. Serik Bilyalov the Governor of the region got acquainted with the centre work. 780 breaches, traffic regulations were fixed during four days of the processing centre. Sum of fines was about 6 mln.tenge. Breaches are fixed by three speed-measures, located at the most dangerous accidental parts of the regional centre: Mira Street – Pionerskaya, Jambyl Street – Tashtitov, Yavlenskoe highway – Leskhoz.

Israel State delegation with the RK ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary in Israel State Galym Orazbakov visited the North-Kazakhstan region. There was business forum with participation of Kazakhstan and Israel specialists in the sphere of agriculture, medical service and nano-technologies in the regional akimat.
Roman Sneidermann, a representative of the “YAD PAZ-AGS Ingeneering” company, noted that “Kazakhstan is a state with great potential. New technologies are being used in constructing, new factories are being opened and foreign specialists actively take an interest in Kazakhstan”.
Ovadiya Fattakhov, the president of the «О.J.M.T BRENER INVESTMENT» company, reported that the company suggests to realize some projects in Kazakhstan. The North-Kazakhstan region had bought chemical fertilizers in Israel, joint agricultural companies were opened up to now. Tis year this cooperation became to develop – the Kazakhstan delegation have visited Israel, some treaties were concluded.
 

A tae kwon do sportsman Alexander Polyakov from Petropavlovsk returned from Northern Korea where he have become the world champion.
The World Championship 2011 was hold in Pyongyang . 900 sportsmen from 86 countries competed for medals in different kinds of the program. As result the first team place was won by the Korea team, the second – Russia, and the third - Tajikistan. Kazakhstan was the 7th. Two sportsmen from the North-Kazakhstan region became /////////. They are Iliya Khvan and Alexander Polyakov. Iliya have won two bronzes and Alexander - the bronzes in the team competition and the gold in special technique.
