The President’s Address to the People of Kazakhstan – the important historical document. Teachers, scientists and students were interested in vitally social projects and grandiose tasks. The Head of the State called all Kazakhstani to implement them together, turning Kazakhstan into prosperous country. Veterans of war and work came to the hall of the city branch of NDP “Nur Otan” to listen the President’s speech, representatives of the ethnocultural association gathered in the House of Friendship.

     After reconstruction in a building the concert hall on 250 places - known in area vocal ensemble "Chernojarochka" has opened now and dancers of collective "Жадыра" rehearse and act on the big scene. The premise part was occupied with rural library. In a building the kindergarten on hundred places which will open this spring has taken place. In the restored club pensioners of village have celebrated house warming - with it have allocated a spacious room for dialogue behind a cup of tea, meetings and sessions of council of veterans.

      Among financing sources own means of investors (66,4 percent of total amount) prevailed. A share of extra means - 17,7, budgetary - 11,2, foreign investments - 4,7 percent. In structure of investments of 52,9 percent have made expenses for purchase of cars and the equipment, tools and stock, 38,8 percent - investments in building and major repairs of buildings, 8,3 percent - other capital works and expenses. The share of the Pavlodar area in republican volume of investments has made 4,1 percent.
