More than seven thousand "dining rooms" for feathery children have made at the first stage of competition «Feed birds in the winter». Feeding troughs have hanged out on trees of school avenues, in squares and in court yard, without forgetting to fill with their sunflower seeds and crumbs. Organizers of competition have involved attention of children in problems of preservation of number wintering and birds of passage. Maintenance of a specific variety and balance feathery and звонкоголосых пичуг guarantees rescue of green plantings of Pavlodar from insects.

The aim of the contest - formation of spiritual and moral values of pupils, attraction of the attention to the problems of winter and migratory birds.
The competition was held in some stages. The first stage “Feed birds in winter” took place from February, 6, 2012 to March, 6, 2012. Boys and girls made over 7.000 feedboxes and hung them in parks, territories of schools, yards and houses. On March, 15, 2012 the results of the second stage “Each bird should have the house” are summed up. All schools of the region have organized flash mobs to place bird houses.

By the jury, Zhaparova Zarina from Olgino village won a grand prize. 1 place was taken by Kozik Milena (Uspenka school №2), 2 place – Butayeva Arnai (Uspenka school №3) and Lyakh Ksenia (Uspenka school №1), 3 place - Dairova Ainagul from Voznesenskiy rural district. The girls got letters of thanks and prizes.
