     K.B.Darzhuman was born in the village of Chernoe in Lebyazhye area. He started his professional career as history teacher at school of Lebyazhye area. Then he worked as first secretary of Lebyazhye Komsomol District Committee, secretary of Regional Committee of Komsomol, secretary of Yermak District Party Committee of Pavlodar region, first secretary of Bayanaul and Kachiry District Committee of the Party. K.Darzhuman won the authority and respect among the public. He got the government awards – Order of the Banner and Order of October Revolution. K.Darzhuman was named “Man of the Year” in 2000 for active work on preservation of the world and ethnic harmony in the society. In 1995 K.Darzhuman was elected deputy chairman of the Small Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region. Due to his great experience and talent, the Small Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region started actively working. On the initiative of Kanat Bolatovich, school of national revival was opened in the region. It was the first one in the republic. Over 500 young men learnt the language, culture, customs and traditions of the people. By the order of akim of the region, the school of national revival was given the name Kanat Darzhuman. A lot of good words were said about K.Darzhuman by his associates, colleagues, heads of ethnocultural associations, representatives of youth movement of the Assembly.

     Chairman of Party Control Committee of NDP “Nur Otan” Rakhimbekov B.G., akim of Pavlodar region Aryn Y.M., first deputies of the branches of the party, representatives of public prosecutor’s office of the region, department on fighting with economic and corruption crimes, workers of public agencies, representatives of Party Control Committee and mass media. Chairman of Party Control Committee of NDP “Nur Otan” Rakhimbekov B.G. introduced a new chairman of Party Control Committee of Pavlodar regional branch of the party. Abdykalykov I.B. was appointed deputy of the regional maslikhat there as well. Rakhimbekov B.G. told about work of party centres (2336 in the republic), system of public control over the implementation of socially important government programs, target use of budgetary funds and control for quality of work. They also spoke about work of the Center of operative reaction with free line 8 800 080 3000 at Party Control Committee. Akim of Pavlodar region Y.Aryn offered to form the council of heads of parliamentary fractions of NDP “Nur Otan”, use often mass media, including virtual reception in coverage of deputy’s work, involvement of representatives of media in work of Party Control Committee.

     The purpose of the competition was development of intellectual creative abilities of pupils by means of the international programs “Odyssey of the Mind”. The international program “Odyssey of the Mind” included teaching non-standard work with talented youth. The program of the competition consisted of spontaneous problems, introduction of teams and work in groups. In the team event the cup of the champion was taken by the team from school №25 (Pavlodar), medal “Best team” for best solution of the problem – the team “Ellips” from school №25, trainer Karatayeva D.N. The team created the construction of balsa wood with weight of 11 grams stood 42 kg. First place was taken by the team of Pavlodar school №25 “Nauryz”, trainer Malgozhdarova A.T., “Mikado”, trainer Talipova T.Zh., “Clever land” of the lyceum № 10 of Abay for talented children, trainer Bastemova S.S., “Fantastic seven” of the Kazakh gymnasium of Aksu, trainer Amrenova A.B. The following teams won second place: school №25 “Crazy friend”, trainer Kairgozhina A.E., “Legion”, trainer Toleubayeva Zh.B., “Urker”, trainer Abilkasimova A,N., “Lido” of the lyceum № 10 of Abay for talented children, trainer Akhmetova N.A. Third place was won by the team of school №25 “Star kids”, trainer Muslimova Zh.M., team “Zhastar”, trainer Tulemisova S.M., “Ranger-7”, trainer Bektasova A.Zh., “Hot hearts”, trainer Nurpeisova S.T., “220 volt” of the Kazakh gymnasium in Aksu, trainer Smagulova A.E. The medal of Ranatra Fusca was presented to first grader Bimagambetova Dayana, eight former of school №25 Zhankarina Aray, eight graders of the lyceum № 10 of Abay for talented children Mukazhan Aigerim and Disenova Shakira.

     The artist of Kazakh Music and Drama Theatre of Zh.Aimautov Dosken Uyabai helped students. They showed scenes of life of the composer. The play was with great success.

     In November she got an easy credit KZ 3 mln and opened the service center. She rented a building, created four workplaces and employed people. Asel and her husband repaired the building: conducted electricity, heating, concreted floors, whitewashed walls, painted windows and installed necessary equipment. They were the hoists for 3.5 tons and 5 tons, a welder and lathe. In the opening day they served three cars. The clients were satisfied their work. In further Asel planned to sell and change machine oil. She dreamt to expand the business because she was sure that it would be success.
