 The Committee of the Tourism Industry of the MINT RK with support of akimat of Akmola region in anticipation of the day of the capital for numerous vacationers – tourists, whom especially was in Burabai in these holidays made a gift, presenting an extensive entertainment program for children and adults.
On July 7 on the square at one of respectable sites SBRZ - Hotel "Aynakol", two steps away from the Lake Burabay, there have been created a variety of children's playground with inflatable towns, toboggan, swings, roundabouts etc. Here was created an atmosphere of special holiday for those who prefer a family vacation. In the evening on the same area at the "Aynakol" on stage was specially deployed an extensive entertainment program for young people with leading DJs Kazakhstan, among them DJ "Fara" (Astana) DJ "Sniper" (Almaty), a rock band from Karaganda, etc. Large furor among young people and vacationers caused the performance of "Kilimanjaro" from Yekaterinburg of the Russian Federation, where along with exciting African dance were made popular foreign music. The gift given by a Committee of the industry of tourism of MINT RK in honor of Day of the capital in Burabaye, will long remember his guests.

 The representatives of tourism of Akmola region actively participate in many republican and regional events held in Kazakhstan. Here and this time information that the Committee of the Tourism Industry of the MINT RK announced a nationwide contest "Myths and Legends of Kazakhstan" was brought by the Department of Tourism of Akmola region to all subjects of tourist business, and also the general public of the region.
Thus far beyond our region known works of our compatriot from c. Shuchinsk of Lyudmila Guseva, who is the author of the special collection "Legends of Burabay". And also our known poetess from the city of Kokshetau Albina Baykovskaya, who is the author of numerous poems about Kokshetau, including the poems "About a Flamingo", "About Korgalzhino", etc.
The surprise for us was the participation in this contest a local journalist from the newspaper "Stepnoi Mayak" - Evgeny Kimova, which sent their work to the contest "The Legend of Cope". It was a terrible tale about the inhabitants of the an antiquity on the lake Cope has attracted interest from quite prestigious jury of the National competition which included well-known people of Kazakhstan as Murat Auezov, Myrzatai Zholdasbekov etc.
At the ceremony of official summing up competition, which was held in Astana city in the banquet hall "Al-Farabi" of Hotel «RIXOS», attended the Vice Prime Minister of RK, Minister of Industry and New Technologies of RK A.O. Isekeshev. The thunder of an applause participants of celebrations met the message that among the winners - the representative of the Akmola region Evgeny Kimov – a journalist of the newspaper "Steppe beacon" Kokshetau for the unique work of "Legend about the Cope". By the way, when giving the award to our countryman, M.Auezov said that he is familiar with the lake Copa, there was a time when he nearly drowned in the lake. But at the same time it has been and remains a worthy "decoration" of the capital of the region and its center - Kokshetau.
Head of department of tourism of Akmola region S. Batyrkhanov was present at this ceremony in Astana city, on behalf of all tourist public of the region congratulated E.Kimov and other winners with a well-deserved reward.

 In October of the current year in the most picturesque corner of the Akmola region resort "Burabai" will host the II International Investment Forum, which is designed to demonstrate not only Kazakhstan, but also to potential investors of foreign countries unique investment opportunities of the capital region. Therefore not casually the akimat of region and its managements conduct meetings and negotiations with foreign partners about participation in the forthcoming forum and the direction of investments into projects actual for our region.
The representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mr. Mohamed Altuvidzhiri and the representative of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Togyzbayev, and also the head of the "Baur Konstrukshn" A. Zhunusov arrived specially in Akmola region to discuss in detail the intentions associated with investment in the capital region.
According with the agreed program of the trip our guests met in the SEZ "Burabay" where the foreign guests with Sh Batyrhanova - Head of the Department of Tourism of Akmola region in detail examined the prospects of development of the resort of "Burabay". Departure on the territory of a special economic zone where investors examined already the with the introduced objects, including five-star hotel "RIXOS" took place, entertainment complexes "Kazakhstan Lapland", and also with the free territories of SEZ offered for investors.
Mr. M. Altuvidzhiri especially in detail considered on the card and with departure into place offered land plots under investment projects. He expressed opinion that for ensuring high profitability of the project on an equal basis with the already entered considers it expedient to be guided by construction of a four-star complex with the large-scale SPA center that is especially important for the resort region.
These and other offers investors give hope for the realization of new attractive projects that will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the image of the Akmola region - as a resort region.

 The Delegation of the Akmola region consisting of 5 persons, from 31 May to 1 June 2013 took part in the X - International tourist exhibition «ITFA-2013" "Tourism Sayakhat Sports" and IV-the Republican festival of masters of applied art "Sheberler Auyly" in Aktobe.
The purpose of the trip was to promote the unique tourism opportunities in the Akmola region, worthy representation of products of masters of applied art and souvenir products, and also expansion of inter-regional cooperation for the exchange of tourist flows.
The exhibition «ITFA-2013" was attended by skilled craftsmen from Akmola, Aktobe, Zhambul, West Kazakhstan, Kostanai regions and the Almaty city.
Department of Tourism of Akmola region and this time carefully treated the preparation of the delegation to participate in this regional forum. Taking into account the declared competitive programs and the nominations for participation in an exhibition the strongest masters and producers of souvenir products by region were defined. They are: Frizen V.I. – the master of painting on porcelain, Vlasov L.I. - the master of the art embroidery of pictures - numerous winners of the Republican and regional competitions, LLP "Blek" winner of international awards and certificates for products in the traditional style of high quality and design, LLP "The Union of Artists of Akmola region "- winner of awards for unique souvenirs made of porcelain, including on the subject of the 300th anniversary Abylai Khan.
The special attention was paid to presentation to visitors of an exhibition of tourist opportunities of Akmola region. At this forum has successfully represented a variety of promotional items (booklets, videos, multimedia business cards, tourist guides) more than on 20 tourist's objects of the region was successfully presented, including travel agency "Zolotoi Bor" was a presentation Shuchinsk-Borovsky resort.
During an exhibition contacts took place and business meetings with more than 100 visitors of a regional exhibition.
During a visit the stand of Akmola region of officials, the head of the delegation Sadenovoy A.K. successfully presented the exhibition stand of the region and was handed the management of the Aktobe region in the face of Nurkatova S.K. a special set of information and advertising production about Akmola region, and also was presented the branded book about Burabay.
Following the exhibition Akmola region was awarded by the Diploma of the 1st degree in the nomination "The best stand design" with the award of a valuable prize.

 From 16 to 17 May 2013 in the Akmola region on the basis of the Academy "Kokshe" Kokshetau Committee of the tourism industry MINT RK, with support of akimat of Akmola region and the department of tourism of the region held the Republican scientific and practical conference "Improvement of System of Training as Factor of Development of the Industry of Tourism and Hospitality". This forum has become one of the largest events held in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on one of the important topics related with staff training for tourism.
For a discussion of this topic in Akmola region arrived prominent scientists of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. Among the guests of the conference Erdavletov S.R. – the doctor of science, the professor of the Kazakh National University of Al-Farabi, Almaty, Vukolov V.N. – the doctor of science, the professor, the director of scientific research institute of tourism University "Turan", Almaty, Janush Sobon – the doctor of science, the professor of the University (Poland), Aigars Andersons – PhD, the chairman of the Duma of Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences (Latvia).
Republican scientific and practical conference was opened with an opening speech by the Tanysbayev K.M. – chairman of the Committee of the Tourism Industry of MINT RK. The word for greetings from the management of the Akmola region was granted - S. Batyrkhanov Head of Tourism of Akmola region. With a salutatory word, spoke on behalf of the Academy to "Koksh" by Z. Kasim - Rector of the Academy "Kokshe". The conference was attended and delivered a speech B. Zhautikov - Deputy Director of the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science.
Great interest among the participants of the conference caused with performance R. Shaikenova - President of Kazakhstan Association of Hotels and Restaurants, the director of the Kazakhstan Tourist Association.
In general, at a plenary session of the conference were heard 14 reports of scientists and experts from different parts of Kazakhstan and foreign countries in the most actual directions of improvement of the educational system. The discussions have continued at section meetings, where more than 20 reports were considered. On the third day of scientific and practical conference, Department of Tourism of Akmola region organized for guests the excursion program with a visit of the best objects of rest and natural attractions in the Shuchinsk - Borovoe resort zone.
Undoubtedly, this Republican scientific-practical conference will make a significant contribution to the further promotion of the training system for tourism in the training centers of Kazakhstan.
