Victory again for Akmola region tourism

Kazakhstan mobile tourist fair "Sarkylmas Sayakhat” was carried out by the tourism industry committee of the Ministry of industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Pavlodar region akimat from August 23 to August 25, 2013 in Pavlodar city.
The delegation from Akmola region took an active part in the fair. It consisted of representatives from Department of tourism of Akmola region, “Akmolatourist”, “Ok zhetpes” health and leisure complex” joint-stock companies, art and crafts, and hunting birds masters. Special feature of Akmola region delegation was a golden eagle Saktan.
The purpose of the visit was to advance a unique Akmola region tourist potential, worthy representation of products of art and crafts masters and output souvenir products, and also expansion of interregional cooperation on tourist streams exchange.
Representatives of 12 regions of Kazakhstan took part in the work of the "Sarkylmas Sayakhat" fair.
The general attention was drawn by the exhibition stand of Akmola region where various advertizing products (booklets, videos, multimedia business cards, tourist guides) on more than 30 tourist objects of the region were successfully presented, also JSC “Ok zhetpes” health and leisure complex” held a presentation of the interactive terminal in which detailed information on all range of services provided by the health resort was presented.
Information on objects of rest in the Shchuchinsk-Burabay resort zone, Korgalzhinsky reserved zone was presented by JSC “Akmolatourist”.
The worthy place at the stand was taken by souvenir products of craftsmen of Akmola region. These are the wooden souvenirs from “Blek” LLP - the owner of the international diplomas and certificates for products in national style for its quality and design; jewelry and embossed cloths of N. N. Pognerebko. The unique souvenir products from porcelain of “Union of Artists of Akmola Region” LLP were popular among the visitors.
The great interest among guests and participants of the fair was caused by the numerous participant and winner of Kazakhstan Championships of masters of hunting with hunting birds the golden eagle Saktan.
During the exhibition contacts took place and business meetings with more, than 50 partners of the tourist sphere were held, and also more than 3 thousand copies of advertizing production were presented to the guests and participants of the exhibition.
During the visit of the Akmola region stand by officials, the head of the delegation Sadenova A.K. successfully presented the exposition of the region, a special set of information and advertizing products about Akmola region and also a branded book about tourism of Akmola region were handed over to the first deputy of the akim of the region D. N. Turganov.
Following the results of the Kazakhstan mobile tourist fair "Sarkylmas Sayakhat” Akmola region was awarded by the Diploma of the 1st degree in the nomination "The Best Display at the Exhibition" with delivery of a valuable prize.
In the nomination "The Best IT Development on Advancement of the Regional Tourist Product" the Diploma of the 1st degree with a valuable prize is handed over to “Ok zhetpes” health and leisure complex”.
For numerous guests of the fair a special information promo tour in noteworthy places and objects of the State national natural park "Bayanaul" was carried out.

Information on results of carrying out the II regional stage of the Republican tourist expedition "My homeland - Kazakhstan"

According to the Program on development of the perspective directions of the tourist industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2010-2014, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 11, 2010 № 1048, in the period from July 31 to August 02, 2013, was carried out by the II regional stage of the Republican tourist expedition "My homeland - Kazakhstan" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Ablai khan (the expedition).
The aim of the expedition was to study the tourist potential of the Ereymentau area, development and studying of new tourist routes in this region for development of cultural, ecological and child youthful tourism. The best tourist routes of the Ereymentau area of Akmola region were presented to the participants of the second regional stage of the Republican tourist expedition "My homeland - Kazakhstan". It is symbolical that this large-scale tourist event held in the year of the 300th anniversary of Ablai khan.
Within the provisions of the Organizing Committee of the expedition have been previously reported to the members of the expedition basic requirements for preparedness teams and their gear, the important parameters of assessment work on tourist routes.
For participation in the second regional stage of Republican expedition there arrived 27 teams from 11 areas and 2 cities in the region of 160 participants.
The arrivals team qualifying competitions were held in the districts and cities of the region and protect the honor of the winners of the three main regions of the nominations: "sports tourism", "Ecological and Local History Tourism" and "Cultural tourism".
The start of the expedition was marked the official opening ceremony, ceremonial formation, delivery of the official report to the chief of a staff of the expedition – Uaisova Z.U. about the readiness of teams for passing of routes to Batyrkhanov S.B. - Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the expedition. The anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan was heard, the honorable right of a raising of a flag of the expedition was presented to the veteran of tourist movement of the Ereymentau area – Gainutdinova M. Z. The official opening was attended and addressed: Batyrkhanov S.B. - Head of the Department of Tourism of Akmola region, Dosymbayev A.M. - Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences PI "Nazarbayev Center", Milyaev K.V. - Vice-president of the Federation of Spearfishing of RK, Mukatov N.Z. - Deputy Akim of Ereymentau area.
Within expedition participants took part in a tourist campaign on 3 routes of the territory of the Ereymentau area and the State National Natural Park "Buiratau" in the directions cultural - informative, ekologo-local history and sports tourism. Within expedition the competition "Ablai khan and modernity", a visit to the Local History Museum in Ereimentau city, shares the preservation and restoration of natural attractions, labor landings, sports and mass actions, etc.
During the passage of tourist routes Dosymbayev A.M. – Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Nurbayeva A.S. – Representative of the Ecocentre "Tabigat Alemi" provided for the participants of the expedition detailed information about the history of the region, the research work related to the study of history, cultures of the Ereymentau region.
One of requirements of organizing committee to participants of a tourist campaign was professional uses of diaries with the detailed description and studying the terrain in the course of the route, the ability to install a tent and the ability to deploy tourist camp, the ability to make a fire, cook food and to organize their leisure time with the song and the guitar around the campfire.
Following the results of the expedition there was a ceremony of announcement of winners and rewarding of teams. On behalf of Organizing committee S. Batyrkhanov – Head of the Department of Tourism of Akmola region, the chairman of organizing committee, Adreshev M. B. – Head of the department of culture and language development of the Ereymentau area.
Following the results of all actions were summed up and the awards ceremony of tourism trekking in the following categories:
"Sports and Wellness Tourism"
1 place – is awarded to teams of the Zerendy area;
2 place – is awarded to teams of the Kokshetau city;
3 place – is awarded to teams of the Atbasar area;
The incentive prizes in this category have been awarded the teams Bulandy, Sandyktau, Shortady areas.

"Cultural-informative tourism"
1 place – is awarded to teams of the Ereymentau area;
2 place – is awarded to teams of Stepnogorsk city;
3 place – is awarded to teams of the Burabay area.
The incentive prize was awarded team of the Korgalzhyn area.

"Ekologo-local history tourism"
1 place – is awarded to teams of the Akkol area;
2 place – is awarded to teams of the Enbekshilder area;
3 place – is awarded to teams of the Tselinograd area;

In competition of scientific works on the topic "Ablai khan and Present"
1 place – is awarded to teams of the Korgalzhyn area;
2 place – is awarded to teams of the Bulandy area;
3 place – is awarded to teams of the Enbekshildeк area;

In the team competition the first place was awarded to the Zerendy area, the second place – to the Enbekshilder area, the third place – the Kokshetau city. All the winners were awarded with special diplomas and prizes.
The services to assist in conducting this expedition: the departments of culture, education, health care, internal affairs of akimat of the Ereymentau area, directorate GNNP "Buyratau" and others were given letters of thanks on behalf of the organizing committee of the expedition.
Information on a course of carrying out the II-nd regional stage of the Republican tourist expedition (tourist campaign) "my Homeland - Kazakhstan" was shined with representatives of mass media, TV channels of regional and district television, newspapers "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda", "Akmolinskaya Pravda", "Stepnoy Mayak", etc.

Meeting tourist asset in Burabay

According requested by the Deputy Akima of Akmola region E.Kvyatkovsky in the conference hall of visitor centers GNNP "Burabay" Department of Tourism of Akmola region held working meeting on the results of the visit to Akmola region of Prime-Minister of RK S. Akhmetov. This meeting was attended by representatives Burabay district akimat, administrations GNNP "Burabay", heads of subjects of tourist industry took part. Attending the asset has been informed in detail S. Batyrkhanov - Head of the Department of Tourism of the region on a course of implementation of the Plan of measures on SBRZ development for 2012-2013, and also the questions connected with a course of an active improving season are discussed.
At this meeting a number of heads of subjects of tourist business reported on a course of carrying out a summer improving season. Thus E.Esimova – Director of travel agency "Tourist" was concerned about poor training of young guides. On the facts of distorting historical facts in the tourist information and need of carrying out certification of guides with delivery of certificates on the right of carrying out excursion activity. Brinshinov R.K. - Director of the sanatorium "Almaz" having informed about progress in matters of admission and tourist services, he raised a question of long character of the solution of a question of the conclusion of contracts with the administration of GNNP "Burabay" on the part of the land lease under-equipped beach zones. At that present head of GNNP "Burabay" answered that it is connected only by that now there is a coordination process in higher instances of the Master plan of development of National natural park and at the end of this procedure with the subjects of business will be re-entered into the contract on the idea of beach zones to rent.
Head of "Sultan" hotel - Ibrayev G. S. raising the need for bacteriological analysis of water in the lake. "Katarkol", where are placed numerous children's improving centers for obtaining allowing documents for the bathing of children in this lake. In connection with what the Department of Tourism sent an official inquiry to the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in the Akmola region.
At this meeting also raised the question of the available facts simple motor transport with tourists on a checkpoint at the entrance to the territory of GNNP "Burabay". The answer to this question was given at a retreat under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - S. Akhmetov, where he instructed the Ministry of Finance - B. Zhamishev about the support of the offer of Administration of the President of RK about allocation of 12 million tenge for the purchase and installation of automatic gates and terminals for entrance payment on GNNP "Burabay".
As a whole participants of the meeting came to the opinion that, despite separate unresolved a question from subjects of business, and also local and authorities of RK, the summer recreation season takes place in conditions of active and meaningful services for tourists.
