VisitKazakhstan.kz does not charge a booking fee for booking of hotels, tours, etc. Your booking request is sent directly to a hotel or a tour operator, and the booking conditions might be different in each of them.

No, there is no need to create an account, if you wish to book accommodation or a tour.

I booked an accommodation (a tour), but I wish to change the booking dates. What shall I do?
Please send us an e-mail to vkn.kz@mail.ru with the correct dates and we will contact the hotel (tour operator) to ask them to change the dates booked. Then we will send you a confirmation.

In case, if you do not receive a booking confirmation in a short period of time, please send us an e-mail or use a link in the automatic e-mail received from us after booking, in order to send a copy your booking request.
