The customs union approves.

Since January, 1st, 2012 the new law of the Republic Kazakhstan, concerning workers-migrants has taken effect. Now citizens of one of the countries of the Customs union, arrived to neighboring country and specified in a migratory card the stay purpose - "for work", are released from registration in law-enforcement bodies till 30 days. In 2011 law-enforcement bodies of the North Kazakhstan area 71 718 foreigners temporarily register that on 0,4 % more than for the similar period of 2010, and 720 foreigners received the permission to a constant residence to the area. Employees of migratory police spend the big work and on reception oralmen. In 2011 in this region 146 families of ethnic Kazakhs have arrived.
