The nature of Tekeli (Almaty area). This city in riverheads of Karatal in foothills Dzungarian Ala Taus, at merge of the rivers of the Bark (Penalty), Chazhi and Tekelinki is located. Terminal station of a branch line from a line Semipalatinsk — Alma-Ata. The city of Tekeli is put at bottom джунгарских mountains in the late thirties on a place of a major field of polymetals.
